Bueno quería contarles que ya estoy en 6to ciclo y este año ya termino la carrera de Diseño de modas y para el desfile final que es como la graduación tenemos que hacer un vestido de "alta costura". No sabia de que estilo hacerlo si algo mas romántico tipo Elie Saab que es uno de mis diseñadores favoritos o algo mas rocker que también me encanta, entonces decidí que porque no combinaba los dos estilos y fue ahí que cogí como tema de inspiración el steampunk pero mas sutil que viene de la época victoriana y la revolución industrial, combinando encajes, transparencias, cadenas de color oro viejo y gasas. Les dejo mi primer boceto, mas adelante haré mas posts contándoles el proceso de hacer el vestido y a fin de año un post del desfile.

Well i want to tell you guys that im now in the laste cicle and this year i end my fashion design carrer and for the final fashion show that is like a graduation we have to make a haute couture dress. At first i didnt knew what style to choose for my dress, if something more romatic like Elie Saab that is one of my favorite designers or something more rocker that i love, so i decided that why not combine the two styles. Thats when i took the steampunk for inspiration subjet that comes from the victorian period and the industrial revolution, combining lace, transparency, old gold color chains. I leave you my first sketch, later on i will make more posts about the process of making the dress and at the end of the year one post of the fashion show. hope you like it!
